D-Deck's phobiq debut is now a reality and he definitely goes all-out in these four cuts. The title track is based on dominant, squelchy stabs accompanied by busy electronics in the background and a bubbling rhythm section. The chord-led "Bento" is up next, nodding to the old-school and still keeping the drums tough while "Cobalto" picks up in the same vein, with synths always in the lead and a slightly more atmospheric edge. Closing up, "Can Live" continues the electronic wizardry courtesy of constantly evolving pads and an epic vibe.
